So far I have only tried the shawerma and it was so amazing I have no words. I have tried shawerma in different parts of the middle east, and I never thought the best shawerma I'd try would be in Newark, NJ. The staff is extremely hospitable and generous and try to remember your name if you tell them. The restaurant is extremely clean and you can see into the kitchen from the cash register and it is very clean and hygienic. Everything is made to order so it is not sitting out. Update: Came back today with my mom and she ordered a grilled chicken salad and requested shawerma instead of grilled chicken and she really liked it! She is very picky about middle eastern food because she grew up there and always feels like she could make it better than the restaurants in the US so it was not expected. I had the chicken shawerma platter and thought it was really good too! Good portion size as well and not stingy with the protein.
This place has the best chicken I’ve ever had. I love doing reviews and I’m so happy to say I finally found my chicken spot. TRY THIS PLACE. It’s the hidden gem of Newark. There chicken is great, fries are good, sauce is amazing. Good guys working there and they’ve been providing me and my partners ( Late night EMS) the best chicken ever. Thank you so much guys!

Got the beef/lamb burrito and Falafel platter. Falafel was crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Good flavors and they were generous with the portions. Don't forget the white sauce. As for seating, there were only 3 stools by a counter by the window. We got there early and got seats. Price is fair for what you're getting. It's also street parking. Note that there's a 3% charge for credit cards. Highly recommend this place and would try something else on the menu next time.
